A CRM Consultant & CIS Instructor’s Perspective on Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Hello,

I am Bill Bonofiglo and welcome to my CRM Blog. I am a CRM Evangilist and a CIS CRM Instructor at Western Michigan Universty (WMU) at the Haworth College of Business (HCoB) in Kalamzoo Michigan.

I just wrapped up the Spring term class of 2009 CIS 5550, Intro to MS Dynamics-CRM, a 3 credit CIS course for the BIS department. I will be teaching again in the Fall of 2009 (early September).
