It is also taught by a Dynamics Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), Bill Bonofiglo.

Customer Relationship Management, or CRM, is a hot topic these days. Students in the classes are introduced to topics including workflow, sales process engineering, closed looped marketing, internet marketing and more. They learn how major companies handle and use customer information to be more competitive. They also get preparation for the Applications MB2-632 Dynamics CRM exam.

The Applications exam is an elective for the students towards the very end of the class. It is not mandatory. However, the preparation they get from an MCT gives them both incentive and the necessary skills to pass this very difficult CRM test. My experience would tell you it is very exciting for them.

So, if you have been searching for Dynamics classes, I hope you can join us for the Spring term starting at the beginning of January, 2010.

Please note my CRM Training is available on location. Feel free to contact me at me at rufree4crm@yahoo.com at any time with questions.

Thank you,
Bill
Dynamics MCT/MCP/CIS Instructor

CRM Sales Pipeline Article has been Moved
