CRM Class for Applications MB2-632 exam at WMU

We offer a three credit CIS/MKTG CRM class at Western Michigan University (WMU) and the Haworth College of Business (HCoB). It is also taught by a Dynamics Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), Bill Bonofiglo.

Customer Relationship Management, or CRM, is a hot topic these days. Students in the classes are introduced to topics including workflow, sales process engineering, closed looped marketing, internet marketing and more. They learn how major companies handle and use customer information to be more competitive. They also get preparation for the Applications MB2-632 Dynamics CRM exam.

The Applications exam is an elective for the students towards the very end of the class. It is not mandatory. However, the preparation they get from an MCT gives them both incentive and the necessary skills to pass this very difficult CRM test. My experience would tell you it is very exciting for them.

Hello,

I am Bill Bonofiglo and welcome to my CRM Blog. I am a CRM Evangilist and a CIS CRM Instructor at Western Michigan Universty (WMU) at the Haworth College of Business (HCoB) in Kalamzoo Michigan.

I just wrapped up the Spring term class of 2009 CIS 5550, Intro to MS Dynamics-CRM, a 3 credit CIS course for the BIS department. I will be teaching again in the Fall of 2009 (early September).
